June hols wk 2

This is an account of the whole week's events. Played a lot, danced a lot, bitched a lot, did so much except for studying! *m-u-wahaha*

Monday
There was school. How boring can that be! I was supposed to attend 2 lectures and a tutorial class. I only went for one lecture and that was that. Anyways, went with the choir people to buy the foodstuff for the choir barbeque on the following night. We went to Sheng Siong at Loyang Point to buy the food and left all of them at YC's place.

I think all of us made ourselves feel very at home at YC's place. *haha* We helped to marinate the chicken wings. We marinated the chicken wings in two "sauces": YC's mommy style and with the dang gui soy sauce we bought. This was my second time massaging chicken wings while marinating them. Now I know two ways to marinate chicken wings without needing to buy instant marinating sauces! *woo-hoo* After all the marinating, we sat down at the dining table and tried to plan for what to do at the chalet. Not really productive though. Ate char siew paos (it was supposedly YC's breakfast) and YC's mommy homemade fish cakes. Psst…the fish cakes were nice. *yum*

Tuesday
It was the first day of the 3D/2N choir chalet. It was at Costa Sands in Downtown East. It was one small room (I thought we booked two!). I checked in with the rest at around 1430 hr. I intended to clean up the place once I get there but ah-ha! the place was already very clean besides for one cigarette butt hiding under the bed! I taught some of the people how to play baluku, and we played! I was (and I think everybody was) very amused by JT's movements - the-milk-the-cow-action! We modified Zo's koala-hug-the-tree action to something more sensual. *Ooo* I had a fun time laughing!

We slacked till around 5 p.m. when Joy and Gerald combine forces to start up the bbq pit. People began to stream in. There was a lot of chatting; a lot of singing; a lot of childish games like ping-pong-ping-pong and the hai-dai game; a group of people glued to the television and little food. *haha* There was not enough food!

At night when we are left with the people staying over, some of them went high with alcohol! It was frightening! Really! The 'saints' remaining (including me), became pessimistic of the situation and started thinking of emergency plans. We played some card games and this rotten-apple game that Weslie bought outside! The apple game was interesting! We received complaints but it stopped there! *heng ar...* We (Chel, JT, Gerald, Harris and me) went for a stroll around the surroundings after that. Took a nap at around 8.30 a.m.

Wednesday
I adopted two new pets today (along with Glad). bigred is my new hamster (and is Glad's doggie) and YC is our ham-ham.

In the afternoon, we played polar bear! It was fun fun! I took a nap till around 5 p.m. when all of us decided to leave for Tampines for dinner. After dinner, we went to Sun Plaza Park to relive some of our childhood memories. The swing-here-swing-there thingy was exceptionally thrilling! *haha* We walked back to Downtown East from there.

We went to Pasir Ris beach to play with sparklers! It got super fun when we started dancing. *haha* It was mainly Cass, dL and me dancing. The others joined in some specific songs like Hey Mama and Let's Get It Started. Named a dance step YC's dance step. *haha* We went back to the chalet at around 1.30 a.m.

When we went back, it was not long when I slept soundly.

P.S. I am so going clubbing once I hit 18! *woo-hoo*

Thursday
We checked out and had breakfast at this market opposite Hai Sing Catholic School. It was an uncontrolled bitching session of the choir members. *haha* Shh...

Reached home at around 1 p.m. I slept from around 1.45 p.m. to 8 p.m.! *snnooorrrreeeee*

Friday - It is pH's birthday
Did nothing much. Can say I nua-ed my day away.

Saturday
Went for breakfast with Glad and Gerald at Bedok Interchange. We went to Bedok Library and intended to study Biology but I (along with Gerald) nua-ed away. We wanted to get ourselves a cup of coffee and wanted to go to Tampines. However, we changed our course and took 168 to Woodlands instead. *m-u-wahaha* We went to Causeway Point for lunch. We traveled back to our place with 966. *haha* We settled our dinner at xR’s place.

Another day wasted...

Sunday
Tried to study but slept like almost half the day away. Studied a bit at Mac with Ed and Gerald. Went to Gerald's place to watch From Hell.

Studying should resume next week bah...
